FAQs

How long does shipping take?

Typically processing an order will take about 5-7 business days, some may take up to 14 business days. Every order is made by hand (to order)! Every print, sticker, accessory, and original art order is made and processed by hand in my home studio, and fulfilled by me. After my part is done it all depends on the shipping you chose and the postal service!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do!

Do you take commissions?

Not at the moment. However, feel free to email me about what you're looking for and we can definitely have a conversation!

I love this item but I wish it was in another color!

For items such as keychains, earrings, and paintings like, teeth and 3D skeletons, please send me an email, and I will do my best to add it to a future shop drop! Original Paintings aside from, teeth and skellys, may not be able to be color changed! I will respond to your email and let you know when and if your request will be created! The design must stay the same, only color changes can be requested. I cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase the specific item you requested, as it will be publicly listed. If you would like to guarantee the item please email me as if you're asking for a commission instead.

My order was damaged!

All artwork and product sales are final. No returns or refunds. Products will only be replaced/exchanged if they are damaged during shipment, and a photo proving damage is sent to theartsyaj@gmail.com. If your artwork arrives damaged from shipment please email me at theartsyaj@gmail.com with photos of the damaged goods attached. Replacements will not be made for artwork damaged by the recipient.

Do you do returns or exchnages?
